The project team systematically optimized the low-oxygen and low-titanium smelting process of bearing steel, and successively researched and developed high-quality bearing steel inclusion detection technology, inclusion rare earth modification technology, pulse external field suppression A series of key process technologies for the purification of high-quality bearing steel, such as nozzle plugging technology and microstructure control technology, continue to improve the level of bearing steel manufacturing technology. From 2018 to 2021, the annual average oxygen content of bearing steel will drop from 11.3PPM to 6.0PPM, and the purity, stability and fatigue performance of bearing steel will be greatly improved. According to the test by authoritative organizations, the contact fatigue life L10 of Shangang bearing steel exceeds 107 times, reaching 2.7×107 times, entering the domestic advanced ranks. At present, the key technologies of the project have applied for 15 invention patents, applied for and authorized 8 utility model patents, and formulated 2 related group standards.
